Climbing for Adults
You can train independently during free times or join group sessions led by a coach. During free times, the supervising person can assist in organizing your training and offer advice. To join, simply attend one of the adult training sessions.
This course is intended for climbers who already have experience with 'top rope' climbing and want to learn how to lead climb and belay. The course lasts for a month and takes place twice a week. If weather conditions allow, some lessons are held on natural rocks.
From the very first training session, you gain the right to join trips into nature. These trips usually take place on weekends, 1-2 times a month. We most often visit local climbing spots, but occasionally we also organize trips to other cities and countries.
Climbing is an excellent full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, and endurance. It activates multiple muscle groups and helps burn calories.
Climbing requires concentration, strategic thinking, and quick decision-making. This activity reduces stress and improves mental resilience.
Climbing is often a team activity that encourages collaboration and communication among participants. It helps build a community and strengthens interpersonal bonds.
